Refund Policy - Desktop Call Recorder

Desktop Call Recorder is sold through Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy, and this page should be read alongside it.
Before You Purchase
Desktop Call Recorder has a free version that is fully functional, so you can check compatibility, recording quality, and the features you need before you buy. The free version is subject to fair usage limits; a Pro subscription removes those limits and unlocks the Pro features. We recommend trying the free version first.
Refund Window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Requests made within this period are reviewed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the nature of the product, the reason for the request, and how much it has been used. Paddle may grant a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request, so submitting a request within the 14-day window does not by itself guarantee a refund.
If a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
Separately, consumer law where you live may give you a statutory right to cancel and be refunded within a set period — for example, a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU, EEA, and UK. Where such a right applies it takes precedence, and nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
How to Request a Refund
Because Paddle processes the payment, refund requests go through Paddle:
- use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your order confirmation email; or
- go to paddle.net and choose “Request a refund”.

Technical Problems
If something is not working, please contact us first at team@desktopcallrecorder.com. We will do our best to fix installation, configuration, or compatibility issues. If a genuine technical fault cannot be resolved, you can request a refund through Paddle as described above.
Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop it renewing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you will not be charged again after that. You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email or at paddle.net.
Duplicate or Accidental Orders
If you are charged more than once for the same order by mistake, contact us or Paddle and we will put it right.
Consumer Rights
Where the Paddle Refund Policy or the law in your country gives you greater rights, those rights apply. Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
